Yearover describes what SEC filings say and what changed between two of them. It never tells you what to do about it.

01

This is not investment advice

Yearover is research software. Nothing on this site or in our emails is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a security, an offer or solicitation, or a personal recommendation of any kind. We know nothing about your circumstances and nothing we publish takes them into account.

02

We are not an adviser or a broker

Shiftbase Labs Ltd is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and we are not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in any capacity. If you want advice, speak to someone licensed to give it.

03

Reports can be wrong

Each report is produced by software: filings are split into paragraphs, matched to last year’s paragraph, and the changed pairs are summarised by a language model whose quotes are checked against the filing text by code. That pipeline can still miss a change, match the wrong paragraph or summarise one badly.

When a check fails we hold the report instead of publishing it. That reduces wrong reports; it does not make the published ones warranted. We make no promise that a report is complete or accurate.

04

The filing is the source, the report is a reading of it

Every claim we publish carries the paragraph it came from, the Item it sits in, the accession number and a link to the filing on SEC.gov. Before you rely on anything here, read the cited paragraph.

05

Numbers are whatever the company tagged

Figures come from the inline XBRL tags in the filing, shown with their tag, period and accession number. They carry the company’s own tagging, including its errors and later restatements. We do not adjust, normalise or estimate, and where a value is not tagged we say so instead of computing one.

06

No prices, no scores, no predictions

Yearover carries no share prices, valuations, ratings, scores, sentiment or forecasts. Filings contain forward-looking statements of their own; those belong to the company that filed them, not to us.
