# Yearover

> SEC filings, compared. Yearover compares two SEC filings and shows what changed. Every sentence carries the passage it came from, every figure carries its XBRL tag, period and accession number. When a check doesn’t pass, the report is held instead of published.

**The comparison is computed. The model only explains it.**
- Fetch from EDGAR: The original filing, stored once and never re-downloaded.
- Split into paragraphs: By Item and heading, the way the company wrote it.
- Match to last year: Identical text is set aside. Everything else is paired or marked added or removed.
- Explain, then check: A model sees only the changed pairs. Code checks every quote it cites against the filing.
- Numbers from XBRL: Looked up by tag and period. If a step isn't confident, the report waits for a human.

- **Quotes**: Matched against the filing text. If a quote doesn't match, the change isn't published.
- **Numbers**: Taken from XBRL tags, shown with the tag and filing. The model never computes a number; a figure in a summary is copied from the quote and checked.
- **Sources**: Every change links to its paragraph on SEC EDGAR, with the accession number.

**What Yearover doesn't do:** Buy or sell calls · Scores or ratings · Price targets · Predictions or sentiment · Market prices · “Real-time” promises.

**Covered now:** NVDA · AAPL · MSFT · PLUG · WKHS. 10-K, last two fiscal years. Risk Factors and MD&A. We add companies once their filings pass our checks. **Next:** 10-Q and 8-K · Form 4 insider purchases · more companies.

**Pricing:** Plans open when the product does. Nothing is for sale today and there is no card field anywhere on this site yet. This is what the plans will be, published now so it isn’t a surprise later. People on the waitlist hear first.
- **Free** ($0): Public comparison pages for a starter set of companies; Every quote and every figure, in full; The methodology and the corrections log.
- **Yearover** ($189 a year or $19 a month): Every company and filing we cover; Watchlists, with an email when a company you follow files; The weekly digest: what changed, and where to read it; Section comparisons beyond risk factors, including MD&A.
$19 a month if you’d rather pay monthly. Annual is two months cheaper, and it is the plan we’d pick. Yearover reports what a filing says and what changed. It is not investment advice, and there are no recommendations, ratings or price targets on any plan.

**Methodology and accuracy:** A missing report is acceptable. A wrong one isn't. We will publish accuracy measured on a hand-labeled set of real filings before launch, with the sample, the date and the known limits.

**Company:** Yearover is built by Shiftbase Labs Ltd, a UK company, self-funded. No ads, no sponsored coverage, the same report for every reader. Questions: hello@yearover.com.
